Closure of the Singapore High Commission in Canberra from 25 December 2021 to 3 January 2022

The Singapore High Commission in Canberra will be closed from Saturday, 25 December 2021 to Monday, 3 January 2022 for the Christmas and New Year holidays. We will resume operations on Tuesday, 4 January 2021.
Applications for the following should reach the High Commission by these cut-off dates:
By Friday, 17 December 2021
• Application for Singapore Passport
• Renunciation of Singapore Citizenship or Singapore Permanent Residency
• Application for Singapore Visa
By Thursday, 23 December 2021
• Collection of New Passport by post
• Collection of Citizenship Certificate by post
Applications received after the cut-off dates will be processed after 3 January 22.
Notarial services and collection of new passport in person will be available until Friday, 24 Dec 21. Appointments are required and walk-ins will not be allowed. Please book your appointment via this online form.
During the period of closure, Singaporeans who require emergency consular assistance can contact the Duty Officer at +61 0414 733 944 or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Duty Office at +65 6391 8000. Please note that these emergency numbers are not for general enquiries.
