INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PURCHASE OF SMALL-SIZE MAIL AND PARCEL X-RAY SCANNER WITH THREE (3) YEARS PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR THE SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION IN CANBERRA

1              You are invited to respond with a quotation proposal for the above Invitation to Quote. 

2              If you are interested, please contact Mas Atikah Ju, at mas_atikah_ju@mfa.gov.sgto indicate your interest.  She will then send you the ITQ documentation and specifications.

3              Please submit your quotation and completed tableby Wednesday, 13 Feb 2019, not later than 5pm, Canberra time.  Please indicate the title of the quotation/proposal as ITQ-2018-002 and send it via email only toCanberra_procurement@mfa.sg(do not include other recipients). For reference, the Singapore High Commission office address is at 17 Forster Crescent, Yarralumla, ACT 2600.

4              Any response/proposal submitted to us after the stipulated date and time, from whatever causes arising, will not be considered.

5              The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quotation/proposal.
