INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE PROVISION OF SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES OF INTERNET, TELEPHONE AND FAX LINES TO THE SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION


You are invited to quote for the provision of subscription services of internet, telephone and fax lines to the Singapore High Commission (the “High Commission”).  The period will be for a 2 or 3 year contract commencing from 1 Apr 2020.   This will be for the premise located at 17 Forster Crescent, Yarralumla, ACT 2600.


2            If you are interested to submit a proposal, please indicate your interest by reply to this email.  The ITQ documents will be emailed to you.  You are reminded to maintain confidentiality on the contents of these documents.


3          Interested vendors may attend a site visit to the premises on Monday, 3 February 2020 at 1000 hours.  Please email your interest to view the site to Mr Ravichanthran via K_Ravichanthran@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab).  Viewers will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to maintain confidentiality of the systems viewed. 


4              The completed tables of costs/information and proposal should be delivered by email on Tuesday, 11 February 2020, no later than 5pm (AEST):

                Please ensure that your proposal remains valid for acceptance for a minimum of 60 days from the closing date of the ITQ.


5              Any response/proposal submitted to this office after the stipulated date and time, from whatever causes arising, will not be considered. Please also note this office will not review your proposal until after close of quotation period at 5pm, on 11 February 2020, 5 pm.


6              The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quotation/proposal.
