ITQ-2026-001 INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF AIRCON SYSTEM FOR GROUND FLOOR OFFICES IN SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION IN CANBERRA

You are invited to quote for the provision of the replacement of aircon system for ground floor offices in Singapore High Commission in Canberra.

2            Interested vendors are to email Ms Wang Huihui (wang_huihui@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab)) for a copy of the ITQ documents.

3            Interested vendors must attend a mandatory site visit to the premises at Singapore High Commission (17 Forster Crescent, Yarralumla, ACT 2600) on Thursday, 14 May 2026, at 1000h before they are permitted to submit their proposal.  Please email your interest to Ms Wang Huihui (wang_huihui@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab)).

4            The completed tables of cost/information, quotation proposal and submission of mandatory documents (e.g. insurances and licences) and information should be emailed to:

The closing date and time for the Quotation submission is Tuesday, 26 May 2026, 5pm (Canberra time). Late submissions will be disqualified.

5            The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quotation.  All information supplied to you by the High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.  The submitted Quotation proposal must be valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of this Quotation.
