ITQ-2026-002 INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR SUPPLY OF ONE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION VEHICLE FOR SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION IN CANBERRA

You are invited to quote for the provision of one automatic transmission vehicle for Singapore High Commission in Canberra. 

2             Interested vendors are to email Ms Wang Huihui (wang_huihui@mfa.gov.sg) for a copy of the ITQ documents.

3             The completed tables of cost, product brochures, quotation proposal and submission of mandatory documents (e.g. sales purchase agreement) and information should be emailed to:

The closing date and time for the Quotation submission is Thursday, 23 July 2026, 5pm (Canberra time). Late submissions will be disqualified.

4             The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quotation.  All information supplied to you by the High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.  The submitted Quotation proposal must be valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of this Quotation.
