ITQ-2026-003 INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES TO SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION AND RESIDENCE FOR ONE YEAR (1 DECEMBER 2026 TO 30 NOVEMBER 2027)

You are invited to quote for the provision of the cleaning services to Singapore High Commission and Residence for One Year (1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027).

2            Interested vendors are to email Ms Wang Huihui (wang_huihui@mfa.gov.sg) for a copy of the ITQ documents.

3            Interested vendors must attend a mandatory site visit to the premises at Singapore High Commission (17 Forster Crescent, Yarralumla, ACT 2600) and the residence on Thursday, 20 August 2026 at 1000h (Canberra time, AEST) before they are permitted to submit their proposal.  Please email your interest to Ms Wang Huihui (wang_huihui@mfa.gov.sg).

4            The completed tables of cost/information, quotation proposal and submission of mandatory documents (e.g. insurances and licences) and information should be emailed to:

The closing date and time for the Quotation submission is Friday, 28 August 2026, 5pm (Canberra time, AEST).  Late submissions will be disqualified. [Corrigendum on 17 August 2026: The closing date of the Quotation submission has been extended from Wednesday, 26 August 2026, 5pm (Canberra time, AEST) to Friday, 28 August 2026, 5pm (Canberra time, AEST).]

5            The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quotation.  All information supplied to you by the High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.  The submitted Quotation proposal must be valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of this Quotation.
